Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to Outvier’s websites, mobile applications, software, APIs, and related services. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. About Outvier
Outvier supports goal setting, career planning, student placement, skills development, networking, educational pathway planning, and AI-assisted coaching, incorporating principles inspired by Psycho-Cybernetics.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. You represent that you have legal capacity, provide accurate information, and will comply with applicable law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for account security, credentials, and activity. Notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Outvier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display, and use that content solely to provide and improve the Services.
5. AI services
AI outputs are informational only and may be inaccurate. Final decisions remain your responsibility. Outvier does not guarantee educational, career, employment, financial, or personal outcomes.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to violate law, impersonate others, submit false information, upload malware, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorised access, spam, harass others, or infringe intellectual property.
7. Intellectual property
Software, design, branding, logos, content, algorithms, and platform functionality remain the property of Outvier or its licensors.
8. Fees
Where applicable, prices are displayed before purchase. Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outvier is provided “as is”. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
